<p dir="RTL">يهدف البحث الى التعرف على درجة تطبيق اعادة هندسة العمليات في وزارة التربية على وفق المحاور الاتية (العمليات الادارية، الاداء الستراتيجي، التخطيط، تقسيم العمل، تقويم اداء العاملين) تتلخص مشكلة الدراسة بكيفية تطبيق اعادة هندسة الادارة في اقسام المديريات العامة للتربية في بغداد. تبنى الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدا استمارة الاستبيان كأداة للبحث هي استبانة تضمنت 28 فقرة موزعة على المجالات الخمسة، توصل الباحثان الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات من ابرزها:</p>
<p dir="RTL">1- تعد اعادة الهندسة الادارية عملية متكاملة تحتوي على مراحل متسلسلة تهدف الى التغيير الجذري للعمليات الادارية من اجل مواجهة التحديات البيئية المفروضة على المديريات العامة للتربية في محافظة بغداد وجعلها مؤسسات ديناميكية تنتج مخرجات متميزة لها القدرة على تحقيق اهداف وزارة التربية.</p>
<p dir="RTL">2- اعتماد الهياكل التنظيمية الرأسية التي يتعدد فيها نطاق الاشراف والتي تحتاج الى اعادة هيكلة جذرية لنطاق الاشراف وتبسيط الاجراءات فضلا عن اعتماد المركزية العالية مما يدلل على ان صناعة القرار واتخاذه يتمركز في المواقع الادارية العليا وانحسار الادارات الوسطى بالتنفيذ فقط مما اضعف دافعية العاملين في العمل والابداع</p>
<p dir="RTL">وبناء على الاستنتاجات توصل الباحثان الى جملة من التوصيات اهمها:</p>

<p dir="RTL">2- نشر ثقافة اعادة هندسة العمليات الادارية في وزارة التربية والدوائر التابعة لها</p>
<p dir="RTL">3- توسيع دائرة اللامركزية في مؤسسات وزارة التربية واتاحة الفرصة للإدارات الوسطى المشاركة الفاعلة في صياغة القرارات واتخاذها.</p>

<p style="direction: ltr;">The research aims to identify the degree of implementation of process re-engineering in the Ministry of Education, according to the following axes (administrative processes, strategic performance, planning, division of labor, evaluate the performance of employees).
